Cost Plus World Market Celebrates The Relocation And Grand Opening Of Its New Stockton Store Location

(OAKLAND, CA; September 27, 2011) – Just in time for the upcoming holiday season, Stockton residents now have the opportunity to shop a newly relocated Cost Plus World Market (www.worldmarket.com) store for their favorite home entertaining and gift giving needs. The store, located at Park West Place (10776 Trinity Parkway), will continue to have all the great merchandise for which World Market has become known, including a selection of home furnishings, home décor, fashion accessories and personal care items from around the world.
“When the opportunity to relocate Cost Plus World Market to the Park West Place Shopping Center, we jumped at the opportunity. With its proximity to the highway, the location is much more accessible and convenient for our Stockton customer,” said Carrie Crooker, Senior Vice President of Stores.
The grand opening celebration begins on Thursday, October 6 at 9:45 am with a ribbon cutting, when all are invited to join local city dignitaries as they open the doors to the public. In addition to shopping, customers will enjoy giveaways, free food and beverage sampling, live music, and radio remotes from KMIX-FM from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm and KAT Country from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
Each morning from Thursday, October 6 through Sunday, October 9, the first 200 customers through the doors will receive a World Market reusable tote bag and a chance to win one of four $100 World Market gift cards (one $100 World Market gift card to be given away each day).
