Cost Plus World Market® Celebrates The Relocation And Grand Opening Of Its New Tucson Store Location

New Store to Open on Thursday, December 13, 2012

OAKLAND, Calif.; December 3, 2012—Just in time for your last-minute holiday entertaining and gift giving shopping, Tucson residents now have the opportunity to shop a newly relocated Cost Plus World Market® ( store. Customers still have time to shop for everything for the holiday season. The store, located in the Oracle Wetmore Shopping Center at 4380 N. Oracle Road, will be filled with ornaments, décor items, stocking stuffers, boxed cards, toys and gift-giving ideas and inspiration for everyone on your list. The Tucson store will also carry a variety of affordable sparkling wines and Champagne flutes so you’re ready to ring in the New Year.

To start the celebration, a ribbon cutting with city officials and members of the local chamber of commerce on Thursday, December 13 at 9:00 am officially marks the opening of the store. In addition, the first 200 customers through the doors each day from Thursday, December 13 through Sunday, December 16, 2012 will receive a free reusable World Market tote bag. For kids young and old, Santa will be at the store on Saturday, December 15 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm passing out candy canes.

The new Tucson store location will continue to offer a wide selection of unique and affordable merchandise from around the world for which the retailer has become known. The store will be filled with home furniture, tabletop textiles, dinnerware and gourmet food and beverages, including wine from some of the best wine regions in the world.
